Most orders ship within 1–3 business days (not counting weekends and holidays). We’ll send tracking as soon as it’s on the move.

Because our soaps and cold creams are personal care products, we are not able to accept returns or offer refunds. Once they leave our hands, they are yours. That said, if something arrives broken, damaged, or not what you ordered, please let us know right away. With a photo sent within 24 hours of delivery, we are happy to replace broken jars, damaged items, or any product sent in error. We believe in good manners and standing behind our work, and we will always do our best to make things right when we can.
